Mat Pilates

Pilates, in other words contrology, is an exercise method to increase body awareness by focusing on the connection between one's body and mind.

It is based on the spine and the use of correct breathing. It must be prepared individually. In Pilates, it is important that the exercises are performed repetitively, controlled and technically correct. For this reason, it is important to have a trainer by your side who can supervise you. 

Private or group lessons are organized by the participants.
